Request Form

Complete this form to request space and services for Le Moyne College related events planned by students. It will be forwarded to the Office of Campus Life and Leadership for approval.

Your request will take 1-4 school days to process.  Delays can be expected during holidays, campus-wide events or school closings. For requests requiring detailed planning, please plan for extra processing time.

Please note you will need to complete additional steps to reserve Catering, sepcial A/V and Communication needs. You will be prompted to complete these steps in the Confirmation email.

Faculty and staff wishing to request a meeting or event on campus, should use the FACULTY/STAFF REQUEST FORM.

If you choose "As-Is", all furniture must be returned to its original setup when the event is concluded.

Projection systems require VGA connector - if you are using your own laptop, this may mean you'll need to supply an adaptor from your computer.  Contact Classroom Services for questions or concerns.

The Event Management Department does not process or complete any communication needs (such as, additions to the Online Calendar, press releases, posters or programs). The Office of Communications can fulfill marketing and publicity requests and should be contacted after you have received confirmation of space and services.
