Office of Human Resources

Welcome

Office of Human Resources Mission Statement

The Office of Human Resources is a people oriented organization focused on providing comprehensive policies, programs, and services for our people in alignment with the core values of the College.  It supports the needs and interests of the members of the campus community and serves the mission of Le Moyne College.

Office of Human Resources Vision

To be a premier Human Resources department driven by a spirit of excellence and care for the development and wellbeing of the whole person.

Diversity Statement

Inspired by St. Ignatius of Loyola's capacity to find God in all things, Le Moyne seeks to build a respectful, welcoming campus culture that celebrates difference and models inclusion. Uniqueness is expressed through gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age physical and mental attributes, and religious and political beliefs. A Catholic, Jesuit college has a particular responsibility to provide an environment for the safe and nurturing exploration of difference, while also offering rich, ample opportunities for students to pursue the Jesuit ideal of "education in dialogue with the world."

Monday, Feb. 25, 1:30 p.m.
New Science Center Atrium

Le Moyne is participating in the America Goes Red Challenge!

Since the Go Red For Women® movement started in 2004, more than 627,000 women’s lives have been saved. But the fight is far from over. Heart disease continues to be the No. 1 killer of women, taking more lives than all kinds of cancer combined. Now is the time to shout louder, stand stronger and Go Red For Women.

Join us on Monday, Feb. 25, at 1:30 p.m. in the New Science Center Atrium for a group photo of Le Moyne students and staff wearing their red apparel. The photo will be submitted to the American Heart Association to compete with other universities across the country!

Then what?
Go to the American Heart Association Facebook page, listed below, and LIKE our picture! The photograph with the most likes will be posted on the American Heart Association website, Facebook, and Twitter accounts to be featured through American Heart Association brand outlets!
