About Support Services

Support Services provides the first point of contact for all facets of technical support and assistance to Le Moyne students, faculty, and staff.  We manage all incidents and service requests, and make sure that these are routed to the appropriate group or individual within our department.  We are also responsible for the support of classrooms and instructional technology.  Support Services has two locations on campus, and you can find us in the library at the Service Desk or in Reilly Hall 442.

 

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday | 8AM - 10PM
Friday | 8AM - 8PM
Saturday | 9AM - 8PM
Sunday | 12PM - 10PM

We are also available after hours. Just call (315) 445-4579 and you will be re-directed to the Support Services On-Call phone.
