We're happy to announce that within the content management system that powers lemoyne.edu, there are tools to help student organizations develop and maintain a web presence.
What does this mean? In addition to the overview of organizations currently contained in the "Life at Le Moyne" section of the web site, student organizations can now also share more information with the campus.
What could a student organization add? Student organizations can take advantage of any of the tools availabe in the system, including calendars, announcements, video, image galleries, online forms, etc.
How do you get started? Simply contact Information Technology to set up a time to talk about your ideas and what you'd like to add to a web
Will IT need to make any changes to our pages? Not at all! Since we've moved to a content management system, Information Technology works with you to give rights to organization leaders to edit and add their own content. We'll also provide a short training session (usually 30 minutes) to show you how to use the system and provide ongoing support as needed.
