Le Moyne Hosts Panel on Two Row Wampum

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (For Immediate Release) … Le Moyne College will host a panel presentation and discussion of the Two Row Wampum’s history and significance locally and globally on Thursday, April 11, at 7 p.m. in Grewen Auditorium.

Panelists include Jon Parmenter, associate professor of history at Cornell University; Jolene Rickard, associate professor and director of the American Indian Program of Cornell University; and Scott Stevens, director of the D’Arcy McNickle Center for American Indian and Indigenous Studies at the Newberry Library in Chicago.

The Two Row Wampum Campaign calls concerned human beings living in North America to work for treaty justice with native peoples and environmental responsibility with our shared Earth.
