Senior Graduation Checklist

1. Log onto webadvisor, click on Program Evaluation and print a copy of your up to the minute online degree audit (program evaluation). This evaluation includes all course work completed to date as well as shows the courses for which you are currently registered. We will use this document to evaluate your final degree requirements at your senior audit. Please review this document serval times during the academic year for updates. 2. Log into Echo, click on STUDENT LINKS and MY STUDENT PROFILE. Here you will find the information you will need to complete step 3. Please verify all majors, minor and concentrations listed. This is the information that you have declared with the Registrar's Office. If you are planning on adding or changing any of the information here, you must complete the appropriate paperwork and submit it to the Registrar's Office before your senior audit. You will find links to all our forms listed below.

3. If you are planning on completing your degree in December 2009, May 2010 or August 2010, you must complete an Online Application for Degree by November 30th. Please click here to fill out and submit the form to the Registrar's Office. Please note: when you submit your online Application for Degree, it does not change your information in MY STUDENT PROFILE. You are required to complete and submit all paperwork before your senior audit.

4. All graduating undergraduate students must complete a senior audit with the Registrar's Office. The senior audit is an opportunity for you to make sure that you are on track for graduation and will meet all degree and college requirements. During this meeting, we will conduct a thorough review of your audit, remaining degree requirements and discuss any issues or questions you may have about your progress toward your degree. You must schedule a meeting with the Registrar's Office by November 30th. Please call 445-4456 to schedule your senior audit. Appointments will be begin on September 14th, 2009 and are scheduled Monday -Thursday from 9-11:30 and 2:30-4PM. Other times are available by appointment.

If you wish to waive your right to a senior audit, please fill out the Application for Degree and the Senior audit waiver form.

5. Please consult with your advisor or your Department chair if needed. Declare any additional majors, concentrations and minors before your senior audit appointment. You can review all declared program information on ECHO. Click on STUDENT LINKS and MY STUDENT PROFILE. Any waivers or substitutions for requirements not complete on your audit require a signature from your department chair on a waiver/substitution form.

If you are not graduating in December 2009, May 2010 or August 2010, please email the Registrars Office and let us know when you plan on completing your degree.

It is the responsibility of the Registrar’s office to ensure that you are in compliance with degree requirements as set forth in the Le Moyne College catalog. Deviations from the courses and requirements specified in the catalog for your academic program are not permitted without the express written consent of your Department chair or Director of the Core.

Failure to complete either the senior audit or the senior audit waiver and the Application for Degree may result in a delay in receiving your degree and/or diploma and may even prevent you from participating in the graduation ceremonies.
