Information sessions are a terrific venue to network, have students become familiar with your organization and obtain résumés from Le Moyne College students on campus. We ask that should you wish to host an information session on campus, please advise us of your request at least three weeks in advance.
In addition, our office must have ordered the room and already been approved for the space, there can be no conflicting major campus events and we must have ample time to market your session to the students. Career Advising and Development reserves the room, catering and any AV equipment required. Catering needs are provided through Sodexo and employers are billed directly. There is no AV charge, although advance notice is required when reservation for space is requested.
