Registration Guide

To register, you will use webadvisor, our web interface with the student database.  To log into webadvisor, go to webadvisor.lemoyne.edu

To view courses offered for a given semester, you can check the course availability web page when you are logged into ECHO, or utilize the search for sections feature in webadvisor.

 Registration is a two-step process.  You must first select courses to your preferred selection list via WebAdvisor and then register for your previously selected courses at your assigned registration time.

 

Step 1: To select courses to your preferred selection list, you can either express select courses:

or utilize the search and select courses option

Note: you can log in and select courses at anytime after the schedule has been posted.

 

If you need to make changes to your preferred selections, it is easy to do.  You can simply remove courses from your preferred list:

or add courses by repeating Step 1.

 

Step 2: At your assigned registration time, you can register for your previously selected courses.   Your registration time was sent via email from the registrar’s office and can also be viewed at any time via "My Student Profile" when you are logged into ECHO.   ("My Student Profile" is located on the right hand side of ECHO's homepage under the section titled "Work Study Menu/Student Links").  Please keep in mind that if you have any holds on your account, or your advisor has not cleared you for registration, you will not be able to register.  To verify whether these restrictions apply to you, you can view this information in your "Student Profile" in ECHO.  To register for your pre-selected courses:

If you do not get registered for a particular section, the reason will appear in an error message.  Click here to view a list of common error messages and what they mean. 

If you are closed out of a class and do not have alternatives that work with your schedule, you can fill out a Course Override form.

You can drop a course via webadvisor up until the second week of a term.  The last day to drop is noted on the College calendar.    You must be registered for at least one course in order to drop via webadvisor.  If you need to drop a class after the second week of the semester, or you are trying to drop your last class, you need to come to the Registrar’s office in GH 212.   To drop a class via webadvisor:
