2013 Summer and Fall Registration opens April 15!

Check individual graduate departments for registration information!

The registration process for new graduate students is specific to the individual graduate departments. Information on the procedures and contact information for the departments can be found below.

Immunization Records Must be on File Before Classes Begin

In order to attend graduate classes, whether as a degree seeking or non-degree seeking status, students must have a completed immunization record (pdf) and Meningitis Response form (pdf) on file in the Health Services Office at Le Moyne College. Questions regarding the forms can be directed to the Health Services Office in the Wellness Center for Health and Counseling.

An MBA program candidate may take as many as two courses (six credits) as a non-matriculated student. A student must apply and be admitted to the program before taking a third course. Courses are offered in the evening and select courses are offered in the daytime and in a "hybrid" format combining on-campus meetings supplemented by online work.

NEW! Health Care Leadership Certificate
This five-course graduate-level certificate is now being offered to provide students with the opportunity to explore contemporary health care within the context of excellence in leadership. Some courses may be used towards the MBA.

Registration for New MBA and Certificate Students

New, non-matriculated MBA and certificate students registering for the first time must do so in person through the MBA Program Office located in Grewen Hall, Room 209K. Before registering for courses, students must schedule an advising appointment with the MBA program director. They must bring to the appointments their undergraduate transcript (official or unofficial) showing an earned bachelor's degree. Course selection will be discussed and course waivers will be granted, if applicable.

A student must be admitted to the program before taking a third course. Courses are offered in the evenings and select courses are offered in a "hybrid" format combining periodic on-campus meetings supplemented by online work. 

NEW! Two Certificate Programs
Higher Education Leadership: A four-course graduate-level certificate for individuals working in, or wanting to work in, positions of higher education administration and leadership in colleges, universities and community colleges.
Adult Education: A four-course graduate-level certificate for individuals working with, or wanting to work with, an adult population in an educator or trainer role in a variety of settings including business and industry, health care, nonprofit organizations, communication organizations, adult literacy education and higher education.

The course format for both certificates is campus-based classroom instruction with synchronous and asynchronous delivery to meet the needs of local students wanting face-to-face interaction and those learners at a distant. Coursework may be applied to the Le Moyne College Master of Science in Education program in professional education.

Registration for New Graduate Education Students

Summer and Maymester registration for new, non-matriculated graduate education degree and certificate students begins April 23. Fall 2013 registration for new, non-matriculated education students begins June 11.
