Something you do regularly to take care of yourself: Being in touch with nature is so restorative and calming for me ... it could be anything from watching a sunset, to watching the moon rise, to listening to waves crashing on the beach, to taking a walk in the woods.
Favorite thing about Syracuse: I love the change of seasons ... I even enjoy the winter because I love to ski!  There are so many things to do around here like apple picking in the fall, summer concerts and music events downtown, winter sports, and of course New York City and Canada are only hours away.
