All overdue bills (i.e. library, parking, alcohol and health services fines, Polney loans) must be settled by this time.

| 2 p.m. Senior Honors Convocation in the Panasci Family Chapel
4 p.m. Senior Honors Convocation Reception in the tent located in the quad outside the Panasci Family Chapel
4:15 p.m. Children of Alumni Photo in lobby of the Henninger Athletic Center.
5:00 p.m. Baccalaureate Mass in the Henninger Athletic Center. The Baccalaureate (graduation) Mass is celebrated each year as part of Le Moyne’s Commencement weekend. It is an opportunity to pause and reflect upon the many blessings God has bestowed upon the graduates and to pray for them as they begin the next chapter of their lives.
Members of the Senior Class are invited to help plan the liturgy by offering suggestions for music, homilist and class speaker. In addition, many seniors participate in the liturgy as ushers, candle bearers, lectors, Eucharistic ministers, singers and instrumentalists. All are welcomed to attend.
7:00 p.m. Baccalaureate Mass reception in the James Commons, located in the Campus Center, for graduates and their families. A plentiful variety of hors d’oeuvres will be served. |

| Admission to Undergraduate Commencement: No tickets will be needed for attendance at the 2013 Le Moyne College Commencement, which will take place at the Thomas J. Niland Jr. Athletic Complex on the Le Moyne campus. Sufficient seating should be available to accommodate everyone.
8 a.m. -- seating for attendees can begin
8:30 a.m. -- robing and line-up for Commencement begins in the tent on the Chapel Quad.
9:10 a.m. -- the procession begins
Post Commencement -- Diploma distribution in the James Commons in the Campus Center

Will you be the 2013 senior class speaker? |
| Nominations are due to Student Development by March 1.
Interviews will be concluded by the first week of April. Questions? Call ext. 4525.
- Nominees must be in compliance with graduation requirements.
- Nominees will be required to fill out a short application addressing why he/she wishes to be considered for Class Speaker and submit it to the selection committee.
- The committee will then review the applications and make preliminary selections.
- The finalists will then be required to meet with the selection committee, present a draft of his/her speech and make a short presentation.

What are the graduation requirements? |
- Complete a minimum of 120 credit hours (some major programs require more) at least 30 of which must be completed at Le Moyne and earn a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
- File with the Registrar's Office all necessary paperwork. All graduating seniors must fill out an Application for Degree. Other forms that may be required are course substitutions, concentration, minor, change of address forms, etc. Failure to do so may result in a delay in receiving your degree or diploma and may even prevent you from participating in the graduation ceremony.
- Obtain a passing grade in all courses required for the major including the college core.
- Complete at least one course in residency at Le Moyne in each of the four disciplines of the Core: English, History, Philosophy and Religion.
- Complete at least half of the major requirements at Le Moyne earning no less than a 2.0 GPA in the major courses.
- If you are declaring a minor, you must officially complete a minor declaration form in the Registrar's Office, complete half of the requirements at Le Moyne and earn at least a 2.0 GPA in the minor.
Degree Honors
Students earn degree honors if their final cumulative GPA is at least 3.5 and they have earned at least 60 of their credits in Le Moyne course work. College honors are designated as follows:
- 3.50 - 3.69 cum laude
- 3.70 - 3.84 magna cum laude
- 3.85 - 4.0 summa cum laude

When can I pick up announcements? |
| You can pick up (10) combined announcement packets in the College Bookstore, located in the Le Moyne Plaza, after Monday, April 1. Proper Le Moyne identification is required.

Do I need to order academic regalia, and when can I pick up it up? |
| Students need to place their order online, then pickup their order during the week of May 13.
The deadline to order is Monday, March 25.
Below are the step-by-step directions to order your cap and gown.
First, click here to go to the Josten's website.
Once there, follow these instructions:
- Click Get Started under Graduation Caps & Gowns
- Select Bachelors or Masters products
- Click Design it.
- Enter your height, weight, and degree information
- Click add to cart
- Make sure to put the name of the student who will be using the cap and gown
- Click check out now
- As a new customer, click ‘continue without signing in’
- Enter your e-mail address and click review
- Verify that all information is accurate, and click submit!
Your cap and gown will be ready for pickup at the Bookstore beginning Monday, May 13, between the hours listed below. Proper Le Moyne identification is required.

Where can I park on Commencement Day? |
| In order to accommodate the large crowd attending the Commencement, Campus Security has developed the following parking strategy for the campus.
GRADUATES
Graduates driving to campus on May 19 should park in one of the following parking lots:
- G-Lot (Townhouses), E-Lot (Harrison Hall).
- Shuttle service will be provided to the robing area next to the Panasci Family Chapel from the following sities: Le Moyne Heights at 7:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.; in front of Dorian’s Pizza – 534 Westcott Street at 7:30 a.m. and 7:50 a.m.
- Graduates wishing to be dropped off may be dropped off by using the Mitchell Hall circle, located off of Salt Springs Road
- Graduates are encouraged to car pool in order to allow ample parking for guests
Due to the large number of attendees expected for commencement we would encourage carpooling wherever possible. |
