• Search Connect NY: 14 academic libraries in New York. Books are delivered within 3 business days. Need current Le Moyne ID card to initiate a request for a book.
• Use an interlibrary loan form to obtain books not found in Le Moyne's catalog or in Connect NY.
• Search Worldcat to see what libraries in our region, and beyond, have a copy of the book. It is sometimes possible for you to pick up the book at a nearby library.
Loan Periods
All circulation transactions require a current Le Moyne ID or Le Moyne borrower's card with a bar code label.
Books
Undergraduate students, staff, alumni, and special patrons may check out books for a period of three weeks. Faculty and administrators may check out books for a full academic year with one additional semester renewal. Senior integral honors students, graduate students, and temporary adjunct faculty may check books out for one semester, with one renewal. Books are due on the last day of classes. Staff may also have a loan period of one semester if books are needed for work-related projects.
Audio-Visual Materials
Faculty, administrators, staff, and student-teachers may borrow audio-visual materials for 5 days at a time. Students may borrow CD's and videos for 3 days with no renewal. Headphones may be checked out at Media Services for up to 3 hours of in-library use with one renewal.
