Tuition, Fees, and Financial Aid
The fee for graduate management courses at Le Moyne is $600 per credit
hour. Since courses are all 3 credits, the course fee is $1800 (subject
to change).
Additional fees include a Technology fee of $25 per semester and a parking fee of $50 per academic year. If a student chooses to obtain a parking permit for the spring semester only, the fee will be a 50% of the above-noted charge. A graduation fee of $65 will be assessed during the student's last semester.
Tuition is due at the time courses begin. We offer payment plans and accept checks and money orders. Credit card payments using Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted through TouchNet at webadvisor.lemoyne.edu. TouchNet will add a non-refundable service fee of 2.75% to the total payment. TouchNet does not accept VISA.
Fees are subject to change without notice.
Students may audit MBA courses with the permission of the MBA
Director. The audit fee is $225 per credit hour.
Payment Options
1. Student Tuition Deferral
Students who intend to personally pay for MBA courses must pay 20%
of the course fee at the time of registration and sign a promissory note
agreeing to pay the remainder within 45 days after the start of the semester.
A $25 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not paid by the due date.
Payment may be made by check or money order. Credit card payments using Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted through TouchNet at webadvisor.lemoyne.edu. TouchNet will add a non-refundable service fee of 2.75% to the total payment. TouchNet does not accept VISA. Student Deferral forms are available in the MBA
office or on the web at www.lemoyne.edu/mba.
If a student must withdraw from a course, he or she must contact the
MBA Office and sign a Drop Form. The tuition refund policy which is published
on the current semester course schedule, will be followed.
Financial Aid for the MBA student can take one of the following forms:

Employer Remitted Tuition. Many local employers provide some
sort of tuition remission. Requirements vary among employers for this
benefit. For whatever amount an employer remits, Le Moyne will defer
100% of tuition to 45 days after a course grade has been issued to
the student. If tuition is not paid by the due date, a $25 late fee
will be assessed. Contact the MBA Office for the Employer Tuition

Federal Stafford Loan. To qualify for FFELP (Federal Family
Education Loan Program), the student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent
resident enrolled for a minimum of 6 credits (two 3 credit courses)
in a given semester. Eligibility is based on information determined
from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Loans are subject
to provisions and terms from participating lenders after verification
of enrollment by the College. Matriculated graduate students currently
are limited for up to $20,500 ($8,500 subsidized, $12,000 unsubsidized),
if eligible, per year. Non-matriculated students are eligible for
$10,500($5,500 subsidized, $5000 unsubsidized) for one academic year
while working toward matriculation. Contact the Le Moyne Financial

Veterans Administration. Veterans and children of deceased
or service-connected disabled veterans may be eligible for financial
aid. Contact the regional Veterans Administration Office for information.

Graduate Management Admissions Council. Students may also
qualify for deferred loans through the Graduate Management Admissions
Council. Refer to www.GMAC.com for application and information.
- Madden Scholarships. Matriculated students may receive funding
to cover the cost of one course per semester. A limited number of scholarships are awarded
based on financial need and performance in the program. Application
deadlines are July 30 for the fall semester and December 15 for the
spring semester. Applications are available through the MBA office.
