A total of 671 students were eligible to process as Le Moyne College held its 67th undergraduate commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 21. The number of students eligible to receive either a B.A. or B.S. at the ceremony was the largest in College history.
The ceremony took place outside at the Thomas J. Niland Jr. Athletic Complex on the Le Moyne campus. The
commencement speaker was History Professor John Langdon, Ph.D., who received an honorary degree, as did two other individuals -- educator and long-time Red Cross worker Elaine Clyburn ’56 and Joseph Parkes, S.J., who has been instrumental in the growth of the Cristo Rey Network of high schools.

Commencement weekend began with the College’s Graduate Program Commencement, which took place on Friday, May 19, as 312 individuals (also a record number) were eligible to receive their masters at the ceremony. The speaker for that ceremony was Peter Folan, S.J., a member of the Le Moyne Board of Trustees and a doctoral student in the Graduate School of the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences at Boston College. The ceremony took place in the Henninger Athletic Center on the Le Moyne campus.
