    January 22, 2016

Record 69% of Le Moyne Student-Athletes Named to NE-10 Honor Roll

The Northeast-10 Conference announced the student-athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2015 semester on Thursday, Jan. 20. Among 16 institutions (including associate member LIU Post), 3,663 student-athletes were honored, including a department-best 231 from Le Moyne College.

Among the Dolphins' 21 athletic programs, a department-record 69% of Le Moyne student-athletes earned a spot on this prestigious list. The Dolphins ranked third among the 15-member conference behind only Adelphi University (78%) and Bentley University (76%). The 69-percent mark is the highest mark by the department over the last 14 semesters and a five-percent increase from each semester of the 2014-15 academic year. The previous best percentage was 67, which was registered during the Fall 2013 semester. Of Le Moyne's 333 student-athletes, 36.9% achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or greater, including 19 who earned perfect 4.0 grade point averages this semester, which ranked as the fourth-highest total in the conference.
