The Administrative Assistant, Lori Murphy, is responsible for organizing and maintaining files, student damage reports, weekly event schedules, and reservations of campus facilities. Guenievere Schultz, the Staff Assistant, is primarily responsible for organizing and maintaining files and facilitating timesheets. They are both responsible for communicating with the physical plant staff, emergency response and organization of work orders that come through physical plant.

Our Building Mechanics are responsible for the general maintenance requirements of all campus buildings.
Carpenter/Masons

The carpenters fabricate and repair campus furnishings.
Plumber:
James Miller
The principal plumber of the campus is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of plumbing systems.
Electricians:

Our staff electricians are responsible for installing and maintaining the fire alarm, security and emergency lighting systems of the campus. They also service and install power distribution systems, new electrical installations and servicing of existing electrical equipment.
Groundskeepers:

The Le Moyne College Grounds Keepers are responsible for keeping the campus beautiful during the summer, and keeping it safe during the winter.
HVAC Mechanics:

The HVAC men are responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and refrigeration equipment on campus. Their shop is located in the Central Steam Plant.
Locksmith:
Alan Coad
Alan Coad is the College's locksmith in charge of making and tracking keys, repairing locks, door closers, and other related hardware.
Painter:
Charles Copps
Charles is responsible for all the painting that needs to be accomplished within the College during the school year, along with leading the student paint crew during the summer within all of the College's residence halls.
Vehicle Mechanic:
Michael Hartman
Michael Hartman is the vehicle mechanic in charge of maintaining and repairing all campus vehicles and machinery.
Mailroom Staff:

The Le Moyne College Mail Room Staff is responsible for delivering the mail to the various campus offices and processing out-going mail.
Custodial Staff:

The Le Moyne Cleaning Staff is responsible for the cleaning of the academic offices located in the main complex. This complex consists of Grewen Hall, The Coyne Science Center, and Reilly Hall.
