Nelligan Hall is a co-educational residence hall, housing 208 students, primarily freshmen. Constructed in 1955, this is Le Moyne's oldest residence hall. The 39,000 sq.ft., four-story, brick building was remodeled in 1999, which included renovations on the entryway, bathrooms, an internal sprinkler-system, and dorm rooms. Dorm rooms come with built-in closet space, beds, dressers, desks, and chairs. Located on the first floor of the building, a large computer lab is available 24/7 to residents. The lounge is outfitted with a large screen television, couches and chairs, vending machines, and gaming tables. The Security office is located on the lowest level of Nelligan Hall. A Key Bank ATM is accessible from the back entrance, by the Security office. The Security office is on the first floor of Nelligan Hall.
