Irish Fest

Curtin Special Events Room, Campus Center (map)

The Le Moyne Student Programming Board and Gaelic Society will host a celebration of Irish culture through food and music; the Causeway Giants will perform for the second year in a row.

All Irish Culture Week events are free and open to the public. However, at each of the activities, the Gaelic Society will be raising funds to benefit the Amaus Health Services. For more information about any of the events, call (315) 445-4215.

Traditional Irish Music Session

For the third consecutive year, Le Moyne will hold a traditional Irish music session. This year it will feature Syracuse Irish musicians, including Dennis O'Connor, professor of business administration. Traditional Irish fare will be provided. This event is co-hosted by the Gaelic Society and the Irish Literature Program. All Irish Culture Week events are free and open to the public. Much lauded Greek-American composer George Tsontakis brings his talents to Le Moyne for performances of his ensemble works by Andrew Russo, Robert Auler and friends. Presented by: Le Moyne College Music Program.
