Industrial
Relations and Human Resource Management (IRHRM), one of Le Moyne’s
three founding programs, prepares students for one of the fastest
growing professions in organizations worldwide. How organizations
obtain and retain vital talent and knowledge is a major issue for
the 21st century transnational marketplace. IRHRM graduates act
as strategic partners, helping all types of organizations navigate
the challenges of employer-employee relations. Recent graduates
can be found at Towers-Perrin, Lockheed Martin, British Airways,
Stearns & Wheeler, Xerox, Hanford Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Myers,
Food Bank of Central New York, Sensis, Syracuse China, and Inficon.
Additionally, more than a quarter of IRHRM graduates pursue graduate
study at first-tier masters’ programs and law schools.
