You can now complete the reference file cover sheet online by following the link above and filling out the form (use the 'Tab' key to move between fields). When you hit 'Submit', your information will be sent electronically to the Office of Career Services.
Download a copy of the Career Services reference form (Word Document)
Request your reference file be sent (Education students only)
Email a request to have Career Services send your reference file to a school district.
