Our Policies:

We do allow our equipment to be loaned out free of charge to any member of the Le Moyne community. Staff, faculty and administrators are able to sign out equipment such as laptops, video projectors, digital cameras, etc. after going through the proper channels of filling out paperwork in our office and giving our staff at least 24 hours notice. Students are able to sign out video cameras and the like with faculty representation and signed form. If a student wishes to keep the equipment over night, they must take the equipment to the Security office located in the basement of Nelligan Hall at night and pick it up again in the morning. Students are not permitted to keep equipment over night in their dorm rooms or apartments. Flagrant abuse of this allowance may result in discipline at the discretion of the faculty representative, as well as a termination of borrowing privileges.

We also rent out equipment to outside groups who elect to hold events on the Le Moyne campus. Equipment such as video projectors, microphones, and laptop computers may be rented for a predetermined fee. A cost list for all equipment can be found on the Classroom Services Equipment Price List. Fees for equipment rentals and room usage can be waived by appealing to the President or Vice President’s offices. Classroom Services does not waive any fees unless instructed to do so by those offices.
