Starting now through May 5th
Students who have completed or will be completing degree requirements in December 2007, May or August 2008 are eligible to participate in the May 18, 2008 Commencement ceremony. Those interested and eligible to participate should have already filed an application for degree and reviewed their degree credits required for graduation with the Registrar’s Office. All seniors who have been awarded fellowships or assistantships for graduate or professional study should report them IN WRITING as soon as they are received to Joyce Kusak-McGuire, at the Office of Communications for the opportunity to publicize them.

Pick up (10) combined announcement packets in the BOOKSTORE between the hours listed below. PROPER LE MOYNE I.D. IS REQUIRED.

ADMISSION TO COMMENCEMENT
No tickets will be needed for attendance at the 2008 Le Moyne College Commencement in the Onondaga County War Memorial. Sufficient seating should be available to accommodate everyone.

Friday, May 16th
12:30 p.m. Commencement Rehearsal will be held in the Athletic Center of the Thomas J. Niland, Jr. Athletic Complex. REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE CEREMONY. ALL OVER DUE BILLS (EXAMPLE: LIBRARY, PARKING, ALCOHOL, POLNEY & HEALTH SERVICES FINES) MUST BE SETTLED BY THIS TIME.
Saturday, May 17th
3:15 p.m. Children of Alumni Photo in lobby of the Athletic Center of the Thomas J. Niland Jr. Athletic Complex.
4:30 p.m. Baccalaureate Mass in the Athletic Center of the Thomas J. Niland, Jr. Athletic Complex.
6:30 p.m. Reception in the College Dining Center for Graduates and their families.
Sunday, May 18th
Robing and line-up for Commencement will begin at 9:15 a.m. in the lower floor of the Onondaga County War Memorial at 515 Montgomery Street in downtown Syracuse. Procession will begin promptly at 10:10 a.m.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLE ITEMS IN THE WAR MEMORIAL DURING THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY!
A schedule of Senior Week activities will be available in mid-April. Please feel free to contact the Office of Student Development with any questions regarding Commencement activities. Also, please notify the Registrar’s Office by April 2nd if you are NOT planning to attend Commencement ceremonies.
