The Faculty Excellence Program seeks to enhance the professional development of the Le Moyne College faculty by providing opportunities for pedagogical, scholarly, and professional renewal and growth in all stages of their careers--early, middle, and late (click here to view a conceptual model of the program).   Designed to be flexible and dynamic enough to meet the changing needs of the faculty in relation to the institution as a whole, the Faculty Excellence program first creates a wide range of opportunities, and then provides the staff, space, and other resources faculty will need to take full advantage of these opportunities.

The purpose of this web site is to provide information and links to the Le Moyne College faculty in the areas of teaching, assessment, scholarship, and professional development.  In addition to teaching tips, assessment ideas, and links to scholarship resources, the site will the provide latest information about conferences, seminars, etc., on teaching, assessment, and scholarship development available to the faculty as they seek to improve the academic environment at Le Moyne College.
