1. To develop and carry out plans for annual conferences on Marcel's thought, including soliciting and choosing papers to be presented.
2. To distribute periodically a Marcel newsletter which will include such matters as announcements of conferences, news of other Marcel groups, and information on scholarly work in progress;
3. To collect annual dues, conference fees and other such contributions as are necessary to do business. Annual dues for active membership in the Gabriel Marcel Society are $5.00.
