Pre-Matriculation Health Requirements

It is important that students have completed the physical exam and immunization record and return it to the Health Office. Required immunizations include two doses of measles, rubella, and mumps at the appropriate age. These records are reviewed for compliance. Students are not allowed to attend classes without proper immunization.
