Personnel Policy Manual for Support Staff
SUBJECT: CHANGES IN PERSONNEL POLICIES
POLICY STATEMENT:
In order for recommended policy changes to be made in an accurate and timely manner, and to notify all affected personnel, the following procedures have been established.
IMPLEMENTATION:
1. Employees may suggest changes, additions, or deletions to the Personnel Policy Manual.
2. Comments on policies contained in the Personnel Policy Manual or suggestions
regarding additional subjects should be directed in writing to the Personnel Office.
3. Feasibility of the suggestion will be determined by the Director of Personnel.
4. The Director of Personnel is responsible for preparing a preliminary draft of the
policy for review by the originator and submission to the President for approval.
5. Upon approval by the President, policies will be distributed to all holders of a
Personnel Policy Manual.
6. Policies become effective on the date of approval or at such other date as may
be stated therein.
