SUBJECT: SALARY SCHEDULE NON EXEMPT SALARIED EMPLOYEES

POLICY STATEMENT:

In order to compensate employees equitably, Le Moyne College will maintain a non exempt salary schedule for positions classified as non exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
