SUBJECT: OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT

POLICY STATEMENT:

All offers of employment will be made by the Director of Personnel.

IMPLEMENTATION:

1. The Director of Personnel will extend all offers of employment to candidates selected for employment with the College.

2. Contacts with the successful candidate subsequent to an offer will be arranged by the Director of Personnel.

3. The Director of Personnel will notify all unsuccessful candidates in an appropriate and timely manner.
