SUBJECT: PERSONAL MAIL

POLICY STATEMENT:

The College postage meter is provided for the use of College mail only.

IMPLEMENTATION:

1. The use of the College postage meter for personal mail is not permitted. Outgoing mail with stamps will be accepted.

2. Employees' personal mail should be addressed to their home addresses. The handling of personal mail places an added, unnecessary burden on the College staff and delays the distribution of College mail.
