Worker's Compensation

Employees who are injured while on the job in College service are covered under Workers' Compensation Insurance. This coverage provides partial income payments in lieu of lost wages, as well as certain injury-connected medical payments. Workers' Compensation benefits are coordinated with the College's long-term Disability Insurance plan.

A prompt report of any accident should be made to the Office of Human Resources even though the injury may at first seem minor.
