As a Christian Community Dedicated to Social Action, International House has four cornerstones which direct our activities and with which all members must be comfortable:

  • Service: to serve the poor and underprivileged as sisters and brothers in Christ.
  • Social Consciousness Raising: to learn about and raise awareness regarding the injustices of society and work to overcome them
  • Spirituality: to have a desire to be part of a Christian community united in faith and to worship and reflect together as a community.
  • Community: to live, work, pray and have fun with those sharing the same values, goals and beliefs.
