Electronic Plagiarism Seminar

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

This web site was developed for a seminar held for Le Moyne College faculty on 8 December 1999, and repeated at several later dates.  Originally the seminar was part of the LIB 100 class taught by librarians at Le Moyne College. The seminar and web page have been expanded to include K-12 educators, library media specialists, and students as well. 

The author welcomes any and all constructive criticism, especially additions to the links and bibliography, neither of which was meant to be exhaustive. 

The author:  Gretchen Pearson is the Public Services Librarian at the Noreen Falcone Library, Le Moyne College, Syracuse, NY.  In addition to her duties as reference librarian and bibliographer for English, Religious Studies, Philosophy, and Women's Studies, she also serves as the Copyright Officer for the College. She has conducted the following workshops and presentations:
