to the present. Published since 1964, the database comprises
almost 400,000 bibliographic entries in a variety of disciplines:
History; Interdisciplinary Studies; Popular Culture; Multicultural
Studies; American Studies; Women's Studies/Gender Studies; Anthropology;
Literature/Folklore; Sociology; Genealogy; and History of Science,
Economics, Business, Education, Music, Art, and Law. This
extensive database covers over 2,000 journals published worldwide,
approximately 6,000 citations of book and media reviews, and
citations to abstracts of dissertations published in these areas.
