Description:	covers the Syracuse newspapers - Post Standard, Herald Journal and Herald American from 1986 - present, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle from 2002 - present, and the Observer-Dispatch (Utica, NY) from 1999 - present. The online backfiles include all staff written articles, news features, special interest stories, obituaries, daily columns, letters to the editor and sports reports. It excludes advertisements, and national and international news from services such as Associated Press.
