The annual Le Moyne College Employer Fair sponsored by the Career Services Office will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm in the Le Moyne College Dining Center. All students and alumni are invited to attend.

MBA POLAND STUDY ABROAD SUMMER 2008
Summer Program in Warsaw, Poland
June 13 - June 22, 2008
The Le Moyne MBA Program has a well established educational partnership with the University of Warsaw. Once again, we are pleased to be able to offer a study abroad experience during summer 2008. We are offering an elective and the capstone course. Students have the option of taking either course or both. If you are a matriculated MBA student and want to study abroad but are concerned about pre-requisites, please give us a call.
COURSES:
BUS 750 Strategic Management (capstone course) will meet on campus from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. in GH209I on 5/6, 5/8, 5/13 and 5/20.
MGT 705 International Business Leadership (elective) will meet on campus from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. in GH209I on 5/7, 5/12, 5/14 and 5/19. This course can be used as an elective or as a substitute for BUS603 (International Business), if needed.
Departure for Poland for both classes is on Friday, June 13 and you will return on Sunday, June 22nd. The Poland experience will include classroom lectures, corporate visits and group cultural excursions.

Price of the program: $3950 for one course or $5750 for two courses Price includes:

- round trip air fare
- class-related company visits
- accommodations while in Warsaw
- breakfast
- some in-country travel expenses

Job Description
Coordinate marketing and provide administrative support to the Career Services Office for Fall and Spring Career programming.
Fall projects include marketing the Senior Shape Up Seminar Series, processing data (in Excel) and creating a report for the One year later survey (late fall), developing a monthly Career Newsline, weekly email blasts, advertising part-time pre-professional work opportunities and full-time opportunities to the appropriate student populations. Fall 2008 recommended focus on review and update of the Career Services website to make sure information is accurate, properly displayed and reflects office activities for the current semester.
Spring projects include updating Summer Science postings and the CNY Communications Consortium. As with the Fall semester, the graduate assistant will develop a monthly Career Newsline, weekly email blasts, and advertise part-time pre-professional work opportunities, full-time opportunities and recruiting programs (including campus recruiting, the Employer Fair and Teacher Recruitment Days) to the appropriate student populations. He/she will also assist with setting up TRD at SUNY Cortland.
Summer Science: Research and gather information from web sites at NSF and universities. Condense information and update descriptions on CSO website for students.
For CNYCC: Learn online student registration system for CNYCC on e-recruiting
Orient students to program and online registration process through workshop series.
Monitor site and registration, activating Le Moyne student accounts. Attend program and assist in site coordination (creating name tags)
