Tuition, Fees, and Financial Aid

The fee for graduate management courses at Le Moyne is $600 per credit hour. Since courses are all 3 credits, the course fee is $1800 (subject to change).

The tuition fee includes parking, library, computer services, and other student services. Presently the only fee is a graduation fee of $65 which will be assessed during the student's last semester.

Tuition is due at the time courses begin. We offer payment plans and accept checks, money orders, VISA and Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Fees are subject to change without notice.

Students may audit MBA courses with the permission of the MBA Director. The audit fee is $225 per credit hour.

Payment Options

1. Student Tuition Deferral
Students who intend to personally pay for MBA courses must pay 20% of the course fee at the time of registration and sign a promissory note agreeing to pay the remainder within 45 days after the start of the semester. A $25 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not paid by the due date. Payment may be made by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Student Defferral forms are available in the MBA office or on the web at www.lemoyne.edu/mba.

If a student must withdraw from a course, he or she must contact the MBA Office and sign a Drop Form. The tuition refund policy which is published on the current semester course schedule, will be followed.

Financial Aid for the MBA student can take one of the following forms:

  1. Employer Remitted Tuition. Many local employers provide some sort of tuition remission. Requirements vary among employers for this benefit. For whatever amount an employer remits, Le Moyne will defer 100% of tuition to 45 days after a course grade has been issued to the student. If tuition is not paid by the due date, a $25 late fee will be assessed. Contact the MBA Office for the Employer Tuition Deferral form, or download it from the web at ww.lemoyne.edu/mba

  2. Federal Stafford Loan. To qualify for FFELP (Federal Family Education Loan Program), the student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled for a minimum of 6 credits (two 3 credit courses) in a given semester. Eligibility is based on information determined from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Loans are subject to provisions and terms from participating lenders after verification of enrollment by the College. Matriculated graduate students currently are limited for up to $20,500 ($8,500 subsidized, $12,000 unsubsidized), if eligible, per year. Non-matriculated students are eligible for $10,500($5,500 subsidized, $5000 unsubsidized) for one academic year while working toward matriculation. Contact the Le Moyne Financial Aid Office at (315) 445-4400 for information and applications.

  3. Veterans Administration. Veterans and children of deceased or service-connected disabled veterans may be eligible for financial aid. Contact the regional Veterans Administration Office for information.

  4. Graduate Management Admissions Council. Students may also qualify for deferred loans through the Graduate Management Admissions Council. Refer to www.GMAC.com for application and information.

  5. Madden Scholarships. Matriculated students may receive funding to cover the cost of one course per semester. A limited number of scholarships are awarded based on financial need and performance in the program. Application deadlines are July 30 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester. Applications are available through the MBA office.
