Our Administration's Commitment to Diversity

 

Le Moyne College is committed to providing a broad, rich scope of programs and policies to enourage and promote diversity at all levels of the college. This program is organized around five major goals

1. To recruit and retain diverse students, faculty, administrators and staff.

2. To promote a positive atmosphere of trust and good will so that the norms and goals with regard to proposals of the administration and multicultural committee are understood throughout the campus, internalized, actively promoted for the good of the institution.

3. To diversify curricular and institutional revitalization efforts.

4. To establish mechanisms for resolving conflict around diversity issues.

5. To establish a comprehensive support for diversity.
