Charges for Spring 2008
| Undergraduate Tuition: | $489 per credit hour |
| Senior Citizens (age 65 and over): | $75 per course hour (credit or audit) |
| Audit: | $150 per course hour |
| Le Moyne Alumni Audit: | $125 per course |
| Chemistry Breakage Fee: | $10 per course |
| Science Lab Fee: | $65 per course |
Payment
All students who register via the web, fax, mail in, or walk in registration, will be billed directly by the Bursar's Office. Tuition payment, full or minimally one-half, will be due by January 11, 2008. A promissory note must be completed when partial payment is received, with the balance due by March 6, 2008. Personal checks, cash, and all major credit cards will be accepted.
All students will be required to pay in full when they register the week before classes begin.
When an employer pays for a course, an Employer Prom Note needs to be completed in full by the student and the employer in order to process the registration. If only a percentage of payment is covered by the employer, the student is responsible for the balance at the time of registration. Payment for an Employer Promissory Note is due by June 19, 2008.
Refund Drop/Add Policy
Refund Policy Spring 2008:
100% - 1st week of class -- January 29, 2008
80% - 2nd week of class -- February 5, 2008
60% - 3rd week of class -- February 12, 2008
40% - 4th week of class -- February 19, 2008
20% - 5th week of class -- February 26, 2008
No refunds will be given after February 26, 2008
Students wishing to drop a class need to contact the Center for Continuing Education, in writing, either by fax, email or by completing a Drop/Add Form.
You will be held financially responsible for the cost of the course if you do not complete the necessary drop/add form by the dates identified above. Drop/Add Forms can be downloaded here or picked up at the Center for Continuing Education office.
The last day to drop a class and not have a grade appear on your transcript is February 5, 2008. Last day to drop a class and have a W (withdrawn) appear on your transcript is April 22, 2008.
