Curriculum - Dual Degree Partnership in Nursing
To meet the graduation requirements for the Associate Degree in Applied Science (AAS) from St. Joseph's College of Nursing, the student must satisfy the required course work as designed in the DDPN curriculum plan.
Upon successful completion of the St. Joseph’s Associate Degree nursing program, the student will have earned an AAS degree with a major in nursing and is expected to successfully challenge the National Council Licensing Examination (NCLEX) for licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the summer between the 3rd and 4th years of study.
Progression into the fourth year of full–time study at Le Moyne College requires the student to have successfully completed the St. Joseph’s program of study and show evidence of RN licensure. To meet the graduation requirements for the Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nursing from Le Moyne College, the student must satisfy the required course work as designed in the DDPN curriculum plan.
