DROP/WITHDRAWAL POLICY A class dropped prior to the drop deadline as published above will not appear on the academic record. A student who withdraws from a class after the second week but before the end of the twelfth week of the semester (or 80% of a summer session) will receive a grade of "W" on the academic record. The student must secure a withdrawal form from the Registrar's Office, complete it then return the form to the Registrar's Office for processing. The withdrawal is not complete until the form has been returned to the Registrar's Office and processed. A student who withdraws from class after the twelfth week of the semester (or 80% of a summer session) will receive a grade of "WF" on the academic record.
