Procedures

Every January, the chapter representatives screen for students eligible to be invited to join AKD. The criteria are:

1. Junior or senior status
2. Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
3. Sociology GPS of 3.0 or above
4. 12 credit hours or more completed at Le Moyne

These criteria are established by and consistent with those at the national chapter and all local chapters of AKD.

Letters are mailed in mid-January with an RSVP date of January 31. If you meet these criteria and did not receive a letter by 1/31, see Dr. Chin.
