A letter from John Haley, Assistant Director of Student Activities
As the Assistant Director for campus activities I am responsible
for most of the campus-wide activities planned at Le Moyne. Most
importantly, I am the advisor to the Le Moyne Student Programming
Board (LSPB). This board, consisting of approximately 40 students,
uses a portion of the student activity fee to bring various forms
of entertainment to the campus community including music, lectures,
comedians and more! I also advise the college radio station, WLMU,
Le Moyne's yearbook, the "Black Robe" and the Commuter
Student Organization.
In addition to working with students to plan events I also coordinate
the Freshman and Sophomore Leader Scholars program. This programs
provides Le Moyne students who have shown the potential for becoming
leaders with additional leadership training and information through
workshops, retreats and service to the community. I also offer leadership
workshops and opportunities to all members of the Le Moyne community
with the help of faculty, staff and student senate.
