Welcome to Student Development at Le Moyne College

Through our comprehensive array of innovative programs and services, we provide the environment for students to be able to achieve their full potential.

Student Development encompasses residence life, campus security, health and counseling service, campus ministry, career advising & development, food services, judicial affairs, multicultural affairs, student activities and programs, and student senate.

Our Vision

Student Development is committed to the Ignatian principles grounded within Jesuit education. We invite our students to participate actively in a safe, respectful, diverse and open academic community. We challenge them to grow in mind, body and spirit for the greater good. Hence, students are empowered to develop their unique skills and talents to be critical thinkers, compassionate leaders and contributing citizens in our diverse, ever-changing world.

As educators, we are called to model our mission as mentors engaged in the pursuit of excellence. Our passion for integrative and holistic learning compels us to work collaboratively with the entire campus community.

Shaun Crisler

Shaun Crisler’s goal is to help create positive living and learning experiences for all students. By working with faculty, campus partners and staff, Crisler looks for opportunities to collaborate, with a focus on student success and retention towards graduation. “I am honored to have this opportunity to serve as the associate provost for student development and to be of service to the students, faculty, staff and alumni of Le Moyne College. I believe that the next evolution of student development will call for us to find new ways to support the holistic development of students. I am looking forward to working with the students, the talented staff within student development, the faculty and the senior leadership team.”

What I Love Love About Le Moyne
At Le Moyne, I have found a community that shares the same values that drew me to work with opportunity program students in the first place. I am thankful every day that I work with people who view holistic support of each student as critical to what we do and working here has truly allowed me to see my passion realized in the success of the young people we serve. The talent, persistence, and dedication of our HEOP & AHANA scholars is what gets me excited for every new day. .
