Display Table Request Form

Complete this form if your group or organziation wishes to reserve common spaces such as lobbies, atriums, hallways, etc. and who need only limited services such as tables and chairs for advertising, recruiting, selling, etc.  

Muserlian Instructional Lab & Group Rooms Form

Complete this form to reserve the Muserlian Instructional Lab or one of the group study rooms in the Library, requiring no setups or services (a/v that is not in the room, furniture arrangement, catering, etc).  If your meeting or event requires these services, please submit an Event Request Form.  This form will be received by and processed by the Library staff.  Should a requestor need to contact someone directly about their request, please send an email to LibraryRoomRequest@lemoyne.edu 

 

Classroom Reservation Request Form

Complete this form to request use of a classroom for Le Moyne College-related meetings or events planned by the campus community that DO NOT require setups or services (a/v that is not in the room. furniture arrangement, catering, etc).  If your meeting or event requires these services, please submit an  Event Request Form .
