Current students wishing to take courses elsewhere in order to transfer the credits back to Le Moyne should fill out a 'Permission To Take Core Courses At Another Institution' form or 'Permission To Take Major, Major Support, and Elective Courses At Another Institution' form. The approval guarantees that the credit will transfer back to Le Moyne, provided the grade earned in the course is a 'C-' or better. Please be aware that the credit transfers but the grade does not affect your grade point average.

Requesting a Transcript
A written request and signature of the student are required for the release of an official transcript. A Transcript Request can be downloaded here. Transcripts are issued at a cost of $5.00 per copy and are sent out within 24 hours of receipt of the request. Delays may be expected during peak periods such as the beginning or end of a term. E-mail requests are not acceptable. By law we need your signature to send out your transcript.
Please Note: Academic transcripts will not be issued when unsatisfied financial obligations to the college exist.
Enrollment Verification
Current students needing proof of enrollment for insurance coverage, loan deferment, for scholarship purposes, etc. can drop off a request, mail it, or fax the request to the Registrar's Office. Verifications are usually processed within 24-48 hours and are free of charge.
Le Moyne has also authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications. If you are a company needing to verify enrollment status, you can contact the Clearinghouse at www.degreeverify.org. To mail a request, you can send it to:
