Performing Arts Center Staff
William Morris Director of Visual and Performing
Arts (BA Utica College, MA Hunter College) has directed
on Broadway (K2) as well as directed professional productions
in Tokyo, Paris, and Las Vegas. His regional directing credits
include Cincinnati Playhouse, Actor's Theatre of Louisville,
Syracuse Stage, Meadow Brook Theatre, and the York Theatre.
He has written and staged festival and industrial theatre
events throughout the northeast as well as worked as an

Kristi McKay Facilities Coordinator. Responsible
for planning, booking and oversight of all scheduled events
at the W. Carroll Coyne Center for the Performing Arts,
Kristi is also the moderator for Boot and Buskin, Le Moyne
College's Drama Club. She brings a rich variety of production
experience to our program as a designer, performer and manager.

Mark Hutchinson Technical Director (BFA Syracuse
University) is completing his MFA at Syracuse University.
A professional actor and accomplished builder of sets, Hutch
brings a wealth of experience in all set construction technologies.
Working for eight years as a carpenter/rigger, Mark worked
on such projects as The Chris Rock Show, MTV, VH1 and concerts
ranging from The Rolling Stones to Limp Bizkit. While in
New York, Mark worked in numerous Off and Off-Off Broadway
shows as an actor, including shows at The Cherry Lane Theatre
and The Director's Club. Most recently, he took the lead
role in The Diviners at Le Moyne during the 200-2001 season.

Karel Blakeley Director of Theatre and Resident
Scenic Designer (BFA Lake Erie College, MFA Design-Syracuse
University), was selected for the 1991 U.S. Theatre in Education
Delegation to Czechoslovakia and the USSR. He has delivered
numerous design presentations to the Association for Theatre
in Higher Education and the USITT. In addition to designing
sets and lights for over 30 plays at Le Moyne, Karel has
been a guest designer at University of Maine, University
of Hartford, Syracuse Stage, Syracuse University Drama Department,
and Cortland Repertory Theatre, as well as for Gams on the
Lam and Contemporary Theatre of Syracuse. To email Karel,

Michael Barbour Assistant Director of Theatre (BA
Le Moyne College, MFA, Acting- The Catholic University of
America, MA Speech Syracuse University) has worked as a
guest actor, director, and voice coach at Le Moyne College,
acted in regional productions, toured the country with National
Players, and appeared in numerous commercials, training
films, and network television programs. His directing specialty
is medieval drama. As part of an ongoing collaboration with
the University of Toronto's Centre for Medieval Studies,
he has directed five medieval plays performed both at Le
Moyne College and at the University of Toronto, most recently
The Nativity and The Adoration of the Shepherds as a part
of the University of Toronto's complete staging of the York
