Center for Aging Resources and Enrichment
Community members aged 55 and over are invited to attend a Senior Health Fair, where they can learn about health and wellness opportunities within the Central New York region. This free event will held on Tuesday, Aug. 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the James Commons and Curtin Special Events rooms in the Le Moyne Campus Center. It is co-sponsored by the Center for Aging Resources and Enrichment (CARE) at Le Moyne and Community Living Advocates. Presentations will include various health-related topics such as dementia, hearing and vision and advanced care planning. “The health fair will bring together representatives from a variety of organizations who can speak with attendees one-on-one to answer questions related to health and living a healthy lifestyle,” said Kate Tovar, director of CARE. “It’s a perfect opportunity to learn more about services available in a relaxed, casual environment.” Register for the event and learn more by visiting Lemoyne.edu/seniorfair, calling 315-445-5445 or emailing mcmartkm@lemoyne.edu with any questions.
