    Computer-based information systems are critical to the creation of products and services, to operations, and to the management of businesses. They are also an integral part of an organization’s overall strategy as they support management processes at all levels and are critical to problem identification, analysis and decision-making.

    Le Moyne's innovative 30-credit master’s degree program in information systems is designed for individuals who manage information technology and the systems development process. You will develop the skills, knowledge and values necessary to succeed in this critical field.

    Degree Options

    The program serves a diverse student body, including people with previous degrees in business and information systems, people with degrees in related fields and professional experience, and people who seek to enter the field. Students gain experience with: IT infrastructure and networking; analysis modeling and design; enterprise models; emerging technology and issues; project and change management; and, strategy, and policy and risk.

    Unique Partnership with the iSchool at Syracuse University

    Beginning with the fall 2018 semester, Le Moyne College is offering a unique opportunity for information science students to prepare for success in a constantly changing world. We are proud to announce a partnership with the iSchool of Syracuse University. Any student in the Madden School of Business’s Information Systems program is eligible to take advantage of this strategic degree. In addition to having access to the best information science leaders at both schools, students will be exposed to the challenges we face today, and those we’ll face tomorrow. Future proof your degree, and future proof your career.

    This relationship allows Madden students to secure an MSIS degree with a concentration in Information Security Management or Data Science from the iSchool, at a leveraged rate, providing maximum impact on our student’s development and on our student’s budgets.  Students at the iSchool can benefit from Le Moyne's expertise in health information systems and enterprise systems (download guidelines for iSchool students or program application).
