    Ceremony of Lessons and Carols

    All members of the campus community are invited to celebrate the spirit of the season and gather together for Le Moyne's annual Ceremony of Lessons & Carols. This a musical event not to be missed, featuring student soloists, members of Joyful Noise and the All-Campus Choir, under the direction of Tom Andino. In addition, the Le Moyne College Jazzuits, under the direction of Carol Jacobe, and nationally published composer Carol Browning will be this year's guest artists! There will also be more seating and improved sound this year!

    Once all are gathered inside the Panasci Family Chapel, the ceremony will begin with the telling of the Christmas story in word and song and the lighting of the 14-foot tall chapel Christmas tree. Following the ceremony all are invited to process to the main entrance of Grewen Hall for the "Lighting of the Heights" and the Le Moyne Student Programming Board's annual "Deck the Heights" event! Festivities will include homemade Christmas cookies and hot chocolate, Build-a-Blitzen and other arctic animals, a visit from Olaf from Disney's Frozen, and ornament decorating.

    Family members, alumni and friends are welcome to attend this free event and there may even be a surprise visit from Santa! Attendees will also receive a limited edition 2019 Le Moyne College Christmas Ornament.

    Due to Lessons and Carols, there will only be an 11 a.m. Mass on Sunday, Dec. 8. Their will be no 7 p.m. Mass on that day.
