    What and the Why of Teaching World History: Five Experimental Models When

    What should a world history classroom look like – either at the high school or university level? Trevor Getz, Ph.D., will explore five distinct models for teaching world history, each with its own costs and benefits. Dr. Getz is a professor of history at San Francisco State University who believes that “doing history” is not just a critical act, but a creative one.

    This event will be held in Coyne Science Center, Room 100.
